A specialist joinery partner for design-led interiors
Wooden Hatch works with architects, interior designers and private clients on bespoke fitted furniture and architectural joinery for high-end residential interiors in London.
We support projects from early design through to manufacture and installation — turning design intent into carefully made, well-detailed joinery.
How we work with design teams
We can start from concept sketches, design drawings, site photos or detailed specifications. Where useful, we contribute technical development, construction details and material guidance — always in service of the original design vision.
Typical scope includes:
Fitted wardrobes and dressing rooms
Kitchens and utility rooms
Wall panelling and feature joinery
Media units, libraries and concealed storage
Veneered and spray-finished furniture
Integrated lighting and specialist hardware
Workshop-led input
Successful joinery has to be buildable, durable and practical to install. Our workshop experience lets us advise early on construction methods, tolerances, access and installation sequencing — reducing issues later on site.
Materials and finishes
Our work centres on natural wood veneers — including those from leading Italian producers such as TABU — and high-quality spray-painted finishes, from dead matt to high-gloss buffed.
We also work with solid timber, laminates and specialist panels, as well as decorative metalwork: silver leaf, metal inlays and fluid metal finishes. Integrated lighting can be incorporated where required.
Samples and finish references are available before production.
